FREE Fitness Classes Begin + Live Music by Iña Yukka
This Saturday @ the Midtown Farmers Market

Start your weekend off right with FREE feel-good fitness classes at the market. Starting this week, we’ve got FREE Zumba or Yoga classes on offer most weeks. Scope out the schedule:

  • All-levels Yoga by Imbue Yoga – 1st and 3rd Saturdays @ 8:30am.  (now on the grass 🙂 Bring a mat. Imbue’s vision is to offer a safe, welcoming, body-positive place that will “imbue” all who enter with a sense of well being, permeate with good energy, and inspire compassion out in the world. (Starting THIS SATURDAY 5/19).
  • Zumba by Silvia Perez of Mujeres en Accion y Poder – 2nd Saturdays @ 8:30am.  Get your body moving with Silvia and bring that energy into the rest of your day! Class will be instructed in Spanish, but you don’t need to be a Spanish speaker to participate – just watch and follow. All are welcome. (Starting Saturday June, 9th).
  • Zumba by the YWCA Midtown – Tuesdays @ 5:30pm June-August. (Starting June 5th).

We recommend you follow up your workout with some breakfast, shopping for local produce (asparagus is in!), and this Saturday – free live music by local duo Iña Yukka – bringing Chilean folk to our market stage**. Check out a sample of their music below and come see them live on Saturday from 9am-11am.
