The Midtown Farmers Market was founded in 2003 by a group of neighborhood volunteers with a vision. As a nonprofit community-based market, we continue to rely on the support of passionate volunteers to make the market magic happen every week. Dig the market? Join the crew!
Volunteers are needed for 2-3 hr. shifts every Saturday to assist with market set-up and tear-down, customer service and token sales, staffing the market info booth, customer counts, photography, and other market management tasks. Find more information and sign up for a shift here.

Vendor fees only cover about half the cost of running the market. To make up the rest, we rely on sponsors, grants and the generous support of members of our community. Your contributions make the market happen, from tents and tables to organizing and communicating with vendors to the equipment and training for accepting EBT that makes the fresh food at our market accessible to everyone. The market is an important part of our community and the lives of our customers and it needs your support.
Each season, the Midtown Farmers Market welcomes nonprofit organizations to connect with community members at the Market through our Community Table program.
