Join us on Saturday for Energy Day and on Tuesday before National Night Out

This Saturday, August 4 is Energy Day at the market. Learn all about energy saving practices from our sponsor, Center for Energy and the Environment and donate blood -the ultimate renewable resource- at the Memorial Blood Center’s blood drive from 8:30-12:30. Don’t forget that we’re also open on Tuesday, August 7 from 3-7pm, just in time for you to drop by for fresh ingredients for your National Night Out event! Please your neighbors’ palates with a fresh melon salad, artisan bread, or grilled veggie kabobs.

 

What’s Available?

This Saturday find:
~Sweet corn, blueberries, melons, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, apples, carrots, spinach, beets, zucchini, kale, kohlrabi, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, cabbage, cilantro, dill, mint, meat, eggs, jams and jellies, artisan bread, lamb, cheese, butter, yogurt, honey, flower bouquets, bedding plants (herbs, and flowers)
~Coffee, scones, cookies, tacos, breakfast sandwiches, omelets, arepas, tarts, tamales, iced tea, soda, hamburgers, brats, boiled peanuts, and popsicles
~Handmade aprons, felt creations, ceramics, and jewelry

This Tuesday find:
~Sweet corn, tomatoes, potatoes, raspberries, beets, eggplant, cucumbers, zucchini, carrots, kale, broccoli, apples, honey, lettuce, kohlrabi, cabbage, cauliflower, herbs, flower bouquets, artisan bread, jams and jellies, bedding plants (vegetables, herbs, and flowers)
~Coffee and coffee drinks, iced tea, smoothies, brats, hamburgers, popsicles
