Buy local and know the story of your food!

“This magical, marvelous food on our plate, this sustenance we absorb, has a story to tell. It has a journey. It leaves a footprint. It leaves a legacy. To eat with reckless abandon, without conscience, without knowledge; folks, this ain’t normal.”
- Joel Salatin, farmer and author

The Midtown Farmers Market brings produce from Minnesota and Wisconsin, straight from the farmers, so you can eat it with knowledge of its story. Midtown Flavors cooking demonstrations are back on Saturday, so come grab a sample and see how you can create beautiful and delicious dishes from this market produce. You can also pick up local produce and free rain garden plants from our sponsor 7-Sigma this Tuesday.
