  • Bakery Box — “Bakery Box is one human making dreamy donuts using a combination of sourdough, commercial yeast, lamination techniques, and lots of butter (or homemade vegan butter). Doughnuts, cinnamon buns, cookies, and what ever the heck else I feel like making will be available to shove directly into your facehole(s).”
  • Centro Tyrone Guzman — The Youth Social Entrepreneurship (YSE) Project at Centro Tyrone Guzman provides a vehicle for local youth to develop an understanding of business management and entrepreneurship, while engaging with their peers and community. This youth-led project has resulted in “Hecho con Raices”, a product of various salsa flavors that are produced, canned, and marketed by the program’s participants.
  • D’Argent Bakery — “Naturally leavened bread made with ancient grains, freshly milled in my home.”
  • Green Garden Bakery — Young entrepreneurs of color trying to change the world one vegetable-based baked good at a time.
  • Gus Dean Coffee — Hand roasted coffee (fair trade, rainforest alliance certified and certified organic available).
  • Hazelwood Creek Farm —  Pickles, preserves, jams, jellies and blueberries.
  • Hot Hands Pie — Pies, cookies, and bars.
  • Jajja Wellness “Our company continues the legacy of the owner’s grandmother, a healer from Uganda, who produced healthy, organic juices with healing properties.”
  • Pickle Witch — Fermented vegetables/pickles, mustard, vinegar, and kvass.
  • UMSF Preserves–Upper Mississippi Specialty Fruits makes small batch jams and sweet preserves using local produce. They also make flavored vinegars, drinking vinegars (shrubs) and pickled fruits.
  • Winter Goddess Foods — “Winter Goddess Foods produces clean, local products that support local businesses. Everything is made with love for your well being.”
  • Wisconsin Cheese Outlet — “Wisconsin cheese including fresh curds.”
  • Young Mountain Tea — “Young Mountain Tea partners with farmers in India to bring organic, ethically sourced, and sustainably harvested tea to our cups. We carry one of a kind white, green, and black teas from India and Nepal.”
